FreshRoles monitors company career sites directly and coverage is expanding over time. The current company catalog is shown on the alerts page so you can confirm availability before subscribing.
For companies you're subscribed to, we check every 5 minutes. Your digest cadence determines how quickly those alerts reach your inbox — from every 5 minutes to a daily summary. Most users see alerts within 10–15 minutes of a posting going live.
A filter is a keyword or phrase that a job's title, location, or ID must match to trigger an alert. You can use multiple filters per company — each one is a separate watchlist entry. Filters support AND logic (space between words) and OR logic (separate lines). Use * to match all postings.
Yes. Set a removal filter to get an alert when a job matching your keyword disappears from the job board. This is useful for tracking whether a role you applied to has been filled or pulled.
You're billed $1/week per active company-filter pair via Stripe. Everything is weekly, no annual contracts. You can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time through the billing portal — just use the magic link we send to your email.
FreshRoles uses magic links — no password required. If you're a subscriber, click "Access your portal" on the homepage, enter your email, and we'll send you a secure link to manage your account.
Yes — there's no limit on the number of companies you can add. Each company-filter pair is billed independently at $1/week.
Your alerts stop at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days. You can resubscribe at any time.
No. FreshRoles tracks every alert it has sent and suppresses duplicates — even when the same role turns up in repeated checks of a career site. You'll only be notified once per job posting per subscription.
Yes. We are expanding coverage over time. If there is a company you want monitored, contact us and we will prioritize it where we can do so legally and the career site is technically compatible.
