Most job boards are updated hours or days after a role is posted. FreshRoles watches career pages at the source — so you hear about openings before they spread everywhere else.

Browse 2400+ companies and select the ones you want to watch. Filter by industry or search by name. You can track as many as you like — each one is monitored independently.
Set your alerts
For each company, choose what triggers a notification. New job alerts fire when a matching role appears. Removal alerts fire when a role disappears. Use a keyword, location, or leave it blank to catch everything. Both alerts are optional and independent.

Not sure a job is really new? Check whether it has gone stale.
Because FreshRoles checks every careers site in the catalog several times a day, and subscribed companies every five minutes, it also knows how long a role has really been open. When a posting is taken down and put back up under a new ID, we link the two, so a “posted 3 days ago” that has actually been open since January shows up as what it is. Stale Roles is that lookup: paste a posting and see the seat's true age, how many times it was reposted, and what share of that company's open roles are the same way. One worked example is always open for free; your own checks come in small one-time packs, not a subscription, and go on sale soon. In the alert builder, scored companies carry an “N% stale” chip that opens the same lookup.
What about removal alerts?
If a role disappears from a company's career page — because it was filled, taken down, or expired — FreshRoles can alert you about that too. Enable a removal filter for any company and we'll track changes in both directions. Useful for competitive intelligence and timing your applications.
How often does FreshRoles check?
Companies you're subscribed to are checked every 5 minutes. Broader sweeps run twice daily on weekdays — around the morning and evening posting windows — to keep coverage current across all 2400+ companies in the catalog. When a match is found, your alert goes out immediately.
How does pricing work?
You pay per active alert filter. A new-job alert for one company is $5/month. If you also add a removal alert for the same company, that's another $5/month. Watching 5 companies with new-job alerts only is $25/month. Prefer to pay weekly? The same single filter is $2/week. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal using a magic link — no password required.
