Service

FreshRoles monitors public company career pages and job endpoints, stores job availability signals, and sends subscription-based alerts when matching jobs are added or removed.

FreshRoles also offers job-market analytics based on monitored public job data.

FreshRoles is not a job board, employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or official representative of any monitored company.

Accounts and portal access

FreshRoles uses email-based access and magic links for subscription management. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid job alerts are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout: a weekly recurring subscription priced per active filter (each enabled alert type row on a selected company). Delivery cadence is chosen at checkout and can be changed any time in the customer portal.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel or manage subscriptions through the customer portal when portal access is available.

FreshRoles may change pricing or available plans, but changes will not retroactively alter charges already processed.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation stops future renewal charges according to the subscription state in Stripe.

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact FreshRoles if you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not operate as expected.

Job data and alerts

FreshRoles depends on public career pages and third-party systems that may change, fail, rate-limit, remove listings, or return inaccurate data.

FreshRoles does not guarantee that every job posting, removal, alert, company endpoint, or analytics result will be complete, current, or error-free.

Always verify role details, eligibility, and application status directly with the hiring company.

Acceptable use

Do not use FreshRoles to abuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, bypass access controls, scrape FreshRoles itself, resell unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

FreshRoles may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, payment failure, operational risk, or legal compliance reasons.

Limitations

FreshRoles is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, specific job outcomes, application success, or complete job coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshRoles is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

FreshRoles may update these terms as the product, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
